Shipping costs for Art Prints and Calendars are calculated separately. They will be shipped separately.
Art Prints
We ship internationally. We are happy to offer FREE shipping on orders of art prints over 65 EUROS in Europe, USA, Canada, UK. Just enter FREESHIP at checkout.
We take about 2-5 business days to print and prepare your order.
The estimate delivery time is 7-14 days.
It might differ based on the amount of orders to proceed.

Karinartspace is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
All the delays due to customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Calendars
The estimate delivery time for orders shipped to Europe is 5-9 days, to the rest of the world 7-14 days. You will get a more exact information and a Tracking number once you place an order.
Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
Notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. Ship items back to us within 20 days of delivery.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't arrive, be sure to let us know.
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at karinartspace@gmail.com notifying your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Digital products cannot be returned.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition
Be in the original packaging
Return Process

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at karinartspace@gmail.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
